I recently started a Podcast with a colleague of mine and for the next few weeks (maybe months) we are doing a series on AI.
In our first Podcast you can hear us talk about how AI projects are failing not because the technology lacks capability, but because organizations are moving faster than their readiness, leadership understanding, data maturity, and operational alignment.
“AI doesn’t fail because of technology — it fails because organizations are not aligned and prepared to implement it effectively.”
There is a lack of AI literacy in the boardroom and many organizations are trying to run a marathon when they have been snoozing on the couch for the past few years. We believe that organizations should look at people, processes, and technology. And, be laser focused on the problem they are trying to solve with AI. Remember, AI doesn’t fix bad processes but it will expose them.
If your organization is navigating AI and trying to accelerate decisions while avoiding costly mistakes, we’ve built a structured executive engagement designed to help leadership teams align strategy, readiness, and execution.
The organizations that succeed with AI will be the ones that approach transformation with discipline, alignment, and realistic expectations.
