Two 1-hour virtual guided planning sessions to ensure we are prepared for success. As part of these sessions we will define what success looks like for the workshop.
Two days onsite with your team to draft a plan on how to achieve the business results the team wants. We will also leave with an agreed upon plan and next steps to successfully execute that plan.
One 1-hour virtual post session within two weeks of the onsite session to ensure progress is being made as agreed upon by the team.
